Education and Employment I have always been engaged in some sort of artwork even as a child. I learned more as an Art student at Illinois State University, my focuses being Drawing, Painting, and Art History. I was a dirt-digger/ photographer/ artifact artist at the Illinois State Museum, a drafting artist for the National Guard at Camp Lincoln. I was the manager of Prairie House fine craft gallery, and most recently, the co-owner of a Japanese maple and rare tree nursery. During all those jobs I continued to explore my personal photographic interest especially when travelling around the United States, to Japan, and in my own backyard.
